specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping and Handling charges are extra.
- Enterprise, departmental, and educational/ training licenses
require company purchase orders. Purchase orders are due upon
receipt of invoice. Purchase Orders are accepted only from
government, accredited educational institutions, and major
corporations, provided that they are submitted on purchase
order forms with a purchase order number.
- Sumatra does offer evaluation copies for the press and for
bulk purchases. Please contact Sumatra's
Inside Sales for more information.
- The enterprise, educational, and training packages are for
site licenses, with all support directed through a single
point of contact at your firm. Please contact us if you have
different requirements.

30-day Return Policy |
All credit card terms and conditions
are applicable to these transactions, including any disputed
transaction requirements. Returns of downloaded software must be
handled as follows. Contact us to obtain a Letter of Destruction (LOD).
You must return the LOD to us by fax or mail. After receipt of the
executed document, we will process a credit your account.
To return software media that was physically shipped, please
contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We
will forward you instructions for return and upon Sumatra's
receipt of the media, will process a credit to your account.
- We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date
of purchase.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No credit will be issued unless the above requirements are
met.
- Upon receiving the LOD, the returns department will validate
the return according to our policy. If it conforms to our
policy, we will begin processing a credit within 3 to 5
business days. All returns must be within our 30-day return
policy.
- Sumatra uses the postmark or fax date of the returned LOD to
determine compliance.
- Sumatra will refund shipping and handling charges only for
returns authorized by Customer
Service . NFR or Not For Resale software is not returnable
and is not included in our 30-day return policy.
