What is DRAG Eraser? |

DRAG Eraser is a software that calculates DRAG, or Devaux's Removed Activity Gauge. DRAG quantifies the time critical path activities add to a project's duration, or it's the time that is saved by removing activities from the project, or by reducing an activity's duration to zero. DRAG is described in the Stephen Devaux's book Total Project Control: A Manager's Guide to Integrated Project Planning, Measuring, and Tracking. |
