Sumatra calls its tool "Project Optimizer" because many projects have logic or design issues that must be addressed before you can accurately compute DRAG.
In addition, The Sumatra Project Optimizer correct certain issues in CPM scheduling algorithms that if left untended, yield the wrong DRAG results.
